The Combi model resembles the nipple. Its recognisable shape makes it suitable for combining with breastfeeding. The teat of the Combi soother is round, and so it does not have a top and bottom.

The Dental model stimulates the development of the palate, and the muscles of the tongue and jaw. The rounded part of the teat (sucking part) rests against the palate and the flat side presses against the tongue.
