On 1 January 1999, Vivienne took over from her parents. Her father then discontinued his activities in the company; her mother, however, continued for a long time as head of customer service. Working with an innovative, creative and, above all, highly motivated team, Vivienne van Eijkelenborg has built on the foundations laid by her parents. The baby product specialist in Bilthoven just keeps on introducing pioneering innovations year after year.
Vivienne has focused not only on strategy and the day-to-day management of the company, but above all on product development. Since her arrival, the products have become more distinctive than ever. Difrax has moved away from the old-fashioned light blue for boys and pink for girls. Its own design team designs products in trendy colors. In addition, they have designed smaller soothers, because a baby’s face hidden behind a large soother really does not look nice at all.
Everything Difrax does is devoted to babies and their parents. Difrax aims to make innovative and fashionable products which make the lives of babies and parents as convenient and pleasant as possible – and we mean all babies and parents! That’s why Difrax is also a leading international player in the baby products market. Vivienne has therefore established a clear objective here: to be among the top 3 in Europe!
